Born in Tennesee, this
Kansas City Art Institute graduate started his artistic career as a
published cartoonist at the age of 14 in Texas. His work has currently in
numerous publications, websites and gallery shows coast to coast in the
U.S. Jeff Harris grew up inspired by the comic books he loved to collect and the films in the film noir genre he loved to watch. Now he continues to look to push to bring his form of art to the public. A few of Harris's projects, like TRUE CRIME THEATER: GOD'S A TEXAN, FLIGHT: A GRAPHIC NOVELLA, and TRACKS ON THE PROMISED LAND, are featured for the first time ever on this site. It will also include various paintings, graphic poetry, videos, and photographs never before seen anywhere. This site is an evolutionary trip through the art by Jeff Harris. Also, Harris is proud to announce his recent painting donations to the Exotic World Burlesque Museum in Helendale CA and the Franklin County Public Library in Mt. Vernon TX.
